Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely with the original packaging and include the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refund Time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Processing
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. Standard shipping rates apply for the new shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Facemasks (due to hygiene and safety concerns)
- Used protective equipment (Elbow Pads, Gloves, etc.)
- Opened Biosteel products or other consumables
- Personalized or custom items
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding Asia and remote areas as per our shipping policy), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed in US dollars.
